1. What do we supply?

We supply the engineered structural shell of the home — walls, structure and (where required) the floor system.
That gets you to lock-up fast, ready for windows, roof, services and finishes. You can use your own builder, go owner-builder, or plug into our partner network.

2. Is Panelok approved and compliant in Australia?

Yes. Our system is fully engineered to the NCC and approved for use in all Australian states.
Each project is documented and certified for your specific site, including wind rating, energy requirements and (where relevant) bushfire compliance.

3. How fast can a home be built?

Very fast by conventional standards.
Once the slab or platform floor is ready, most homes reach weather-tight / lock-up in 1–2 weeks.
Overall build time depends on finishes and site conditions, but the structural phase is dramatically shorter than traditional builds.

4. How much does it cost?

As a guide, the Panelhome structural package starts from around $750 per m² (supply).
Final pricing depends on:

  • size and layout
  • site conditions (flat vs sloping)
  • bushfire or coastal requirements
  • floor system choice (slab or steel platform)

We provide clear, upfront cost guidance early — no mystery numbers.

5. Can I customise the design?

Absolutely. Panelhome isn’t a “kit home” look.
You can work with your own designer or architect, or adapt one of our base designs. The system supports:
